Experience
- Michelle comes from a dance background (Ballet/Jazz/Modern) and has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has competed in both body building and Aerobic competitions. She has taught all freestyle class formats and currently teaches Step, Sculpt, Basic Training, Cycle and Pilates.
- Michelle has been both a state and National Presenter at Fitness Leader Conventions and has also presented programs internationally.
- Michelle has also worked as a personal trainer for six years and has Coordinated Group Fitness programs at several clubs.
