Coffee a Day Friday 31 July 09

What has been reiterated to me during this time is how much the physical effects the way we feel about ourselves. I have really been struggling with self-doubt and fears of what I can’t achieve in life during these last few weeks, and then struggling more with “why the hell I am letting these sabotaging thoughts enter my head!” So next week will be dedicated to getting out in some fresh air, gently renewing my fitness, and reminding myself that I can achieve anything I want in life as long as I put my mind to it (and the swine's of the world stay away from me!!!!!)
