We use the local parks as our training centre and the hills, benches and playground equipment as our training equipment. We believe this offers many advantages to our clients. Outdoor training provides people with a change of environment in their day, from an air-conditioned office to the fresh air of the local park. It also shows people how easy it is to keep fit and healthy without having to go to a gym, something many people find undesirable and daunting. This exposure to outdoor training can lead to life long changes in attitudes towards exercise, simply by showing people easy and inexpensive ways to exercise and stay healthy.
At JUMP START we strive to make client programs varied, fun and enjoyable, no matter what the level of fitness. We do not pretend to be a quick-fix business.
