Why did you originally start?

To lose weight and get fit.

What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?

The varied routine of each of the trainers and the friendly competition in classes.

What goals have you achieved?

I have lost 8 kilos since starting and my fitness has improved dramatically.

What types of sessions do you participate in?

Group training sessions 3 times per week

What are your goals for the future?

Maintain my current fitness levels and continue to enjoy the sessions as much as I do now.

Just do it!
