Since June 2005.
Why did you originally start?
Encouraged by my daughter Anne, as my visits to
the gym were not getting results.
What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?
Variety - Good instructors – stretching – learning to
box – Vitality Challenge
What goals have you achieved?
Lower blood pressure, losing inches, better fitness,
and wearing ‘real’ clothes
What types of sessions do you participate in?
4 x PT/wk; 1 x buddy/wk; groups sometimes.
Is there anything in particular that has helped you reach your goals?
Good guidance and encouragement
What are your goals for the future?
To continue to increase fitness; monitor intake of food; and tone and tighten.
Any advice for people thinking of starting a health and fitness program?
Don’t wait a minute – the results are great, and it is fun!
