How long have you been a client of JUMP START?

Three torturous years! Just kidding, three great years!

Why did you originally start?

So that I could carry the shopping up the stairs without feeling tired and like I had just run a marathon. I also wanted build up my muscles and be able to run for a long distance without stopping every minute for a break.

What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?

Being able to exercise outdoors in the fresh air with great trainers!

What goals have you achieved?

I can now run and have run in the city to surf and 10k bridge run and didn’t do too badly; I have actual muscle in my arms and legs; I also feel fit and healthy and have a lot more energy.

What types of sessions do you participate in?

Buddy, PT, yoga and 1 Vitality Challenge.

Is there anything in particular that has helped you reach your goals?

The very knowledgeable trainers who also, like me, like to have a laugh during sessions.

What are your goals for the future?

To maintain my level of fitness, if not exceed it.

Any advice for people thinking of starting a health and fitness program?

Do it - you won’t regret it!!
