How long have you been a client of JUMP START?

6 months.

Why did you originally start?

To lose weight.

What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?

The ease of being able to build an exercise routine and keep to it – and of course my fabulous trainer Bec.

What goals have you achieved?

{I have lost weight 43.5 cm and dropped more than a dress size since starting.  I also have much more muscle tone than before.

What types of sessions do you participate in?

Walk 2 Trot, Personal Training, and Small Group Training.

Is there anything in particular that has helped you reach your goals?

Just sticking with it – that is the only bit that I have had to do.  Bec makes sure I am doing the right type of exercise at the right time to have an impact.

What are your goals for the future?

I would like to lose a bit more weight and then keep to a maintenance routine for muscle tone and fitness

Any advice for people thinking of starting a health and fitness program?

Just start and have someone to help guide you.  The rest just follows.
