How long have you been a client of JUMP START?
Since November 2006.
Why did you originally start?
This was a Birthday Present from friends, since I was always talking about wanting to lose weight.
What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?
The fact that it is outdoors & I get to meet Other lovely people
What goals have you achieved?
I am starting to get into shape (I have lost a total of 17cm already), & I have much more energy in my everyday life. Also, I'm much more interested in improving my appearance which should give me self-confidence.
What types of sessions do you participate in?
Small Group sessions, 3 times a week.
Is there anything in particular that has helped you reach your goals?
All the great JUMP START trainers.
What are your goals for the future?
My next goal is to loose a few more kilograms and improve my health.
Any advice for people thinking of starting a health and fitness program?
Make sure that your sessions are at a time that does not interfere with your social & home life, so there is no excuse for missing sessions. It is important to have a set timetable for exercising and to stick to it. To me, outdoors is the best way to go. It actually FEELS healthy.
