Why did you originally start?
I wanted to start getting fit, and find a trainer who I could work with over a long period to get the best results.
What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?
I love training with Heidi, and I’m delighted with the results I’ve achieved over the time I’ve been with her.
What goals have you achieved?
I know from the results of the regular assessments I have that I am fitter and in better shape now (I have lost 34.5cm of body fat!) than I have ever been as an adult, which is hugely rewarding and motivating. Plus – after stating when I first started that “I would never run” as part of my training, I have just completed my first half marathon?
What types of sessions do you participate in?
I have one on one sessions with Heidi each week.
Is there anything in particular that has helped you reach your goals?
Without question the motivation, support, expertise and friendliness of Heidi and the team.
What are your goals for the future?
To at least maintain the levels of fitness I’ve achieved, and to improve in areas where I know I can get better. I also want to keep doing fun runs.
Any advice for people thinking of starting a health and fitness program?
It truly is the best thing you can do to improve every aspect of your life – you’ll look better, feel better and be able to achieve so much more.
