Why did you originally start?

To get fit and lose weight

What do you enjoy best about JUMP START?

Meeting nice trainers and meeting even nicer people

What goals have you achieved?

I am the fittest I have ever been, I have lost cm’s from all over my body and have completely changed my diet.

What types of sessions do you participate in?

Group sessions with Manuel and Walk to Trot with Phil, plus last year I did the 5wk Silly Season Challenge which really got me motivated to stay on track with my goals.

Is there anything in particular that has helped you reach your goals?

Having the commitment of an appointment helps me get out of bed, especially on these cold mornings!!!

What are your goals for the future?

To keep exercising and lose more weight!

Any advice for people thinking of starting a health and fitness program?

Just do it!
