Small Group Training
Small group sessions involve a trainer with a group of 3-6 clients. This is a great way for clients to meet each other and form a social, as well as exercise, bond. We never have more than 6 in each group so all individual fitness levels and goals are accommodated.
Training with a group can provide a variety of workout sessions, and general educational advice in areas such as nutrition is provided. The group sessions enable you to meet new friends and develop fulfilling relationships, and watching the health and fitness progress of others is inspiring for you to keep exercising toward achieving your own goals.
I like the way I feel after exercising with a trainer from Jump Start, happy and more alive! I want to keep fit and know that gyms just don't do it for me, I need the motivating factor of a trainer who can come up with new ideas for exercise each week, different venues (I never get tired of going to a park or oval) and because the groups are only small, the trainers get to know me personally. That way they can ensure that I'm challenged. The care factor is exceptional, even when new trainers come on board.

I like training outdoors without the pressures and atmosphere of a gym.I like the fact that groups are kept small and personal. I am in a really friendly, fun group with a great trainer.

By having an appointment, I actually have to get up and go!! I know that I need that motivation to get me going! Yet I still have the flexibility if I know I cant attend 24 hours before hand. And finally, the fact that the people who attend Jump Start don't look like 'gym bunnies' - they are normal people all interested in keeping fit and being healthy!
