Our small group sessions are our most popular service.  They allow individuals to be trained to their specific needs in a small, personalised group environment. It is also a great way for clients to meet each other and form a social, as well as exercise, bond.  We never have more than 6 in each group so all individual fitness levels and goals are accommodated.

 

Training with a group can provide a variety of workout sessions, and general educational advice in areas such as nutrition is provided.  The group sessions enable you to meet new friends and develop fulfilling relationships, and watching the health and fitness progress of others is inspiring for you to keep exercising toward achieving your own goals.

I like training outdoors without the pressures and atmosphere of a gym.I like the fact that groups are kept small and personal. I am in a really friendly, fun group with a great trainer.
